Explore your journey ahead 

As a Bell Attendant, you will be an integral part of our dedicated pre-opening team, responsible for providing superior guest service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. From welcoming guests upon arrival to assisting with luggage and facilitating smooth departures, you will play a pivotal role in creating lasting impressions.

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
  • Assist guests with luggage, ensuring careful handling and delivery to their rooms
  • Provide information about the hotel's facilities and services
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient guest services
  • Provide prompt and safe valet service for guests' vehicles 
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in designated areas 

What we need from you 

  • Valid New Zealand driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
