岗位职责：
·协助协调部门年预算的准备工作。
·协助酒店的战略计划、目标及餐饮部预算的准备工作与总监共同负责部门预算的准备和管理工作。确保所有宴会的收入都遵循酒店制定的信用卡和现金程序。
·协助上级根据部门的要求和程序提供全面、及时、以顾客为中心的服务并监督他们的完成情况。
·分析宴会部员工的培训需求，并根据他们的需要设计和执行培训计划。
·培训及训练员工，并提供有建设性的反馈信息以提高工作成绩。
·与客人建立保持良好的关系以便满足客人的需要。
·采取行动满足这些需要以达到他们的期望。
·在与每一位酒店或非酒店客人的交往中都应为酒店树立一个良好的形象。
·非常了解所有的产品与服务知识，以便向客人解释及出售酒店的服务和设施。
·根据客人的要求协助并带领客人到酒店内所要到的场所。
·执行能提高客人阅历的程序确保所有宴会设备设施运行状况良好、定时清洁。确保对宴会厅内所有的餐饮设备设施进行清洁与除尘，并根据预期业务量储备适量的库存。若有任何维修需求，应立即通知工程部。
