Your day to day

The Purpose of the Role:  The Analyst, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation and ongoing enhancement of Information Security’s GRC platform.

Key Accountabilities:

      

Direct all activities related to the GRC Platform Program; develop and manage to GRC Platform Roadmap, milestones and deliverables in a timely manner. Host weekly stakeholder meetings and provide regular status communications on development progress.

Partner with Business Reputation and Responsibility (BRR), Information Security, Global Technology (GT) and Global Hotel Operations stakeholders to capture business requirements and successfully operationalize these via the GRC platform.   This will include leading stakeholder workshops to document business processes, service level agreements/timelines, workflow, notifications and metrics/reporting,

Provide guidance to stakeholders regarding GRC solution design and alignment with business goals.

Oversee and support the fulfillment of ongoing requests for enhancements and optimization for the GRC platform following a formal software development lifecycle.

Lead GRC workshops with key stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements.

Direct all vendor activities associated with the development and support of the GRC platform.  Manage the contract process and meet regularly with vendors to ensure development and enhancement activities are on track and are reported on a weekly basis.

Work with BRR, GT and GHOS leadership to build tailored, executive level reporting dashboards from the GRC platform. 

Forge strong, collaborative relationships and build consensus among stakeholders across BRR, GT and GHOS, leveraging exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.




What we need from you

      

Education

Bachelor's Degree; CISSP, CISA, CISM or other security certification desirable

Experience

3+ years progressive work-related experience in process development, audit, project management, business implementation, consulting, security and/or project governance.  Hands on experience driving development efforts with GRC tool such as ServiceNow GRC. Experience building process documentation and training resources on new development changes to the GRC system

Technical Skills and Knowledge

·        Minimum of three years of relevant, IT or Information Security experience

·        Two or more years of hands-on experience administering and leading project efforts utilizing the ServiceNow GRC Platform

·        Two or more years of project management or resource management strongly preferred

·        Experience collaborating with stakeholders on business process development, improvements and/or enhancements

·        Able to quickly connect business requirements with the functional capabilities of a GRC platform

·        Experience defining and delivering systems’ support strategy, including business analysis and requirements gathering abilities

·        Detail oriented; exceptional oral and written communication skills

Experience in creating and producing metrics on a regular basis
