Your day to day
As opening General Manager for Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Central Pier you will support the pre opening project and then manage the day to day leadership and direction of the hotel, maximising onsales and revenue and driving financial returns.
You’ll take ownership of the development of your people, execute on brand standards and build awareness of the hotel and brand within the local area.
You will bring your strong commercial capability (sales, marketing and revenue) to deliver strong returns, along with a very strong local knowledge of the Bangkok hotel market as a General Manager to ensure this hotel continues it strong position in the market.
What we need from you
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration
Five to ten years’ of prior hotel management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience - commercial skills and experience will be essential
Experience in limitied service hotels would be a benefit.
Previous leadership experience in Bangkok
Must speak fluent English
