1.The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting the hotel in the digital space and driving business via online channel, in accordance with the hotel's marketing positioning as well as corporate brand identity and distribution guidelines, ensuring the image of the hotels are protected.
2.Develops and implements digital marketing strategies in line with the hotel's overall goal on online business.
3.Keep updated hotel-wide e-customer database and propose solutions for a better customer information management.
4.Assists the DOM to plan, execute and monitor all online advertising campaigns for optimal results. Works with DOM to develop advertising messages and creatives.
5.Develops, executes and monitors tactical campaigns on the hotel's social media platforms to drive business and fan engagements In accordance with corporate group policies and guidelines.
6.Managing the Wechat, Weibo and Facebook accounts for the hotels Works with DOM to develop social media
7.Monitors and manages the online review and reply in professional and timely manner. Identify operational challenges that affect ratings and reports them to senior management for action.
8.In charge of all content and updates of the Regent and Park Plaza websites. Ensuring new information is updated in a timely manner and content is refreshed regular.
9.Manages the hotel,'s electronic direct marketing efforts to ensure that all electronic marketing message are on brand and in line with corporate guidelines.

1. Excellent Communication and presentation ability. Leading by example and taking accountability for achieving the set targets and goals. Technologically savvy and interested in new trends in the digital world is essential.
2. A minimum of 3 years hotel experience, ideally including operational experience as well as sales, marketing and PR experience.
