- 和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算；

- 通过销售点销售系统分析餐饮统计数据
- 在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会，确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求；
- 制定并指导员工执行现金安全制度；
- 协助餐厅的服务准备工作；
- 在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉，并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。
- 与厨师和餐饮经理交流意见和客人的建议从而反应当前客人的情况。
- 全面服从FSMS的标准。
- 清洁并保持设备和物资的清洁。
- 协助职责和服务的准备工作。
- 完成分配给工作的情况；
- 服从上级安排的其他工作；
