This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Head of Global Hotel Technology Service Operations to develop our Infrastructure Automation capability and our Proactive Monitoring solution to deliver advanced capabilities such as self-healing and automatic remediation of alerts.

Your day to day

  • Responsible for identifying, prioritising and reporting Capacity Issues to Leadership and Hotel Operators
  • Responsible for identifying, prioritising and reporting Infrastructure Trending Issues to Leadership and Hotel Operators
  • Aid in remediation of common LogicMonitor Alerts that can be solved centrally
  • Work with other reporting functions to adopt similar mechanisms and reporting formats
  • Identify future projects and their capacity requirement and work to incorporate into business cases and financial plans.

What we need from you

We’re looking for someone who can think beyond what's been done before. Someone with a real can-do attitude, results oriented and driven to achieve results, not only for themselves but for the team that surrounds them. You have experience working within IT Operations as well as engaging in cross functional working partnerships within a global organization

  • Progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines, technologies, or processes related to the position.
  • Strong, UI Design, reporting and Dashboard creation as well as strong analytical data skills.
  • Ability to provide subject matter expertise in hotel infrastructure topics to senior management, technology and business partners
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing people with strong leadership, team building, interpersonal and communication skills
