Your day to day

1. Carry baggage to and from guest rooms; keep a record of such service on an errand card 2. Assist in loading and unloading baggage to and from vehicles 3. Accept baggage for safekeeping and storage in the baggage room 4. Check baggage of registered guests waiting for room assignments 5. Clean and maintain baggage room and trolleys as well as report necessary repairs Perform personal services such as delivering messages and packages, running errands, or giving business information 6. Attend to telephone calls and requests made at the Luggage Master's booth in the absence of the Luggage Master or his assistant 7. Assist the Page Boys and Doormen 8. Co-operate with Front Office Night Staff and the Night Manager and be aware of persons acting suspiciously in the public areas of the Hotel 9. Check driveway for cars 10. Check lobby for cleanliness Reports anything considered as health or safety hazard and be aware of the IHG Health & Safety Policy


What we need from you

- 2 to 3 years relevant experience in 5-star Hotel. - High School Diploma - English essential - Good appearance and excellent communication and behavior.
