Assistant Night Manager - Holiday Inn Dandenong

The Assistant Night Manager will help lead the Night Team and oversee all overnight operations, including verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, balancing charges/revenues, as well as assisting with all aspects of guest services. They will ensure the safety, security and smooth running of all other hotel operations in the absence of senior Management.

The successful candidate should possess the following experience and skills:

• A background in Hotel Front Office operations
• Experience in similar role (highly regarded)- Knowledge of Opera
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
