Your day to day

The Assistant Night Manager will provide supportive functional assistance directly to the Night Manager and to all departments as required. This role will require the individual to represent Holiday Inn Potts Point during the night by interacting with guests and members of the community. This role will require the individual to undertake the duties of the Night Manager on their days off. This role will also help coordinate with all departments in the hotel to prepare the department for the following day.




What we need from you

The successful applicant must possess:

  • Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
  • An energetic, team focused and 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent grooming and presentation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of computer literacy – Opera experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous hotel experience in Front Office is required and night audit experience is highly regarded
  • Valid RSA Competency Card
  • Valid First Aid Certification
