Your day to day The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. |As a Concierge you’ll respond to guest requests and enquiries to ensure complete guest satisfaction.|You will assist them by taking their luggage up to the front desk on arrival with a warm handover to a Guest Service Agent, hastening back to greet the next guest.|You will also be required to transport guests around the hotel resort in a hotel buggy, so a valid drivers licence is essential. What we need from you It’s a physical role and you’ll be on your feet most of the day, so fitness is important Strength – with occasional lifting of items up to 23 kilograms and or push/pulling heavy objects|Communication skills -guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to...|Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories|Fluency in the local language -extra language skills would be great, but not essential Literate and tech-savvy -you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math and computers|You must have a general local knowledge of the area|Valid New South Wales Drivers Licence|You must have the legal right to work in Australia What we offer Join our extraordinary world and experience a place where you can be yourself, share your ideas, support your personal growth and wellbeing, and be a valued member of an inspirational team.
