Your day to day
Are you perceptive, proactive, meticulous, knowledgeable, refined & personable? These are some of the luxury service behaviours we are looking for.
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Chief Concierge you’ll lead the delivery of guest requests and enquiries to ensure complete guest satisfaction. You'll also be a brand ambassador and develop great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Building guest relationships through a swift, professional and highly personal service
- Collating and sharing expert local knowledge of events, places of interests and restaurants
- Resolving guest issues and using their feedback to improve guest satisfaction
- Delegating duties to your team while also setting exceptional standards
- Ensuring every guest enjoys discretion, ethical behaviour, privacy and confidentiality
- Leading the way as a brand ambassador to promote the hotel’s other businesses
What we need from you
We're looking for someone to bring their personality, passion, energy to our hotel. The ideal candidate will also possess the following:
- With a passion for guest service, you will have an in-depth and current knowledge of the CBD and surrounding areas
- Experience engaging and leading a small team
- Superior communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- High standard of personal presentation fitting of a luxury brand
- Ongoing and proven commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience to guests
- Considerable experience as an Concierge or a similar position within a luxury hotel brand is desirable
- Membership in Les Clefs d’Or International is advantageous
- You must meet the legal requirements to work in Australia
