About Us

1.Develop deep understanding and knowledge of keysectors targeted by hotel, and gain sectorial/account expertise when necessaryto maximise lead conversion rate.

2.Conduct and/or assist Sales team in customernegotiation process.

3.Team up with counterpart Event Management staffto deliver sector/customer specific services when appropriate.

4.Prepare and deliver site inspections for potentialcustomers.

5.Prepare and submit proposals.

Your day to day

1.Diploma or equivalent qualifications. Relevant experience in customer relations and/or relevant experience in the service industry would be an advantage. Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation.

最好拥有市场、商业或酒店管理的大专或同等学历,拥有酒店或相关服务业的销售经验优先考虑。

2.Good communication and negotiation skills.

良好的沟通和谈判技能。

3.Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines and commitments, and complete tasks and projects as required.

4.Strong organisational skills required to maintain electronic and paper filing systems.

具有较强的组织技能,能够维护电子和书面档案系统。

5.Maintain a high level of knowledge pertaining to policy and procedure and communicates knowledge effectively to all personnel when applicable.

6.Demonstrates clear and effective verbal and written skills for the purpose of obtaining and conveying information to clients, technicians, management and team members as well as producing reports.

7.Excellent PC skills (including MS Office).
