Your day to day

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance business performance through understanding and collaboration.
  • Analyze HR-related data trends to anticipate needs and inform strategic business decisions.
  • Tailor HR programs locally and consult on issues to create effective business solutions.
  • Train and coach managers to foster an inclusive, diverse, and engaged workforce while collaborating on major HR initiatives for continuous improvement.

What we need from you

  • Excellent interpersonal, consultative, communication skills
  • Strong adaptability in an environment of ambiguity or change
  • Demonstrated experience in fundamental Human Resources knowledge
  • Business acumen that will enable an effective business partnering role with key stakeholders
  • Ability to deal effectively with diverse viewpoints and gain consensus as a team player

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office.  This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $58,834.00 to $140,000.00.  This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable).  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
