1、根据采购申请单或每日食品订货单核实和清点验收的货品。
2、确保所有所收的货品符合采购订货要求、质量良好且符合具体规格要求。
3、退还不符合验收标准的货品。
4、尽快将验收合格的货物移交仓储区域，减少和避免员工偷盗以及货物腐烂变质等。
5、保存酒店所有收货物品及退还货品的相关凭单。
6、每天对酒店采购的货品填写收货记录汇总。
7、根据需要联系仓库搬运工或管事部员工清洁收货通道，以确保收货台的清洁。
8、熟悉精通所有酒店经营设备的型号和规格等内容，包括保存好产品目录，样品图片以及产品的其他相关资料
9、履行其他规定的职责。
该职位需要兼顾贵阳机场假日酒店及贵阳机场智选假日酒店的同岗位工作内容。
