The hotel is a kilometer away from Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), very close to the diplomatic enclave. Your day to day
Join us as a Guest Service Agent and support our dynamic Front Office team at the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi. You'll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, were looking for someone who is able to engage with guests and create great customer experience. You will be in charge for all activities relevant to the front desk such as the reception, check in / out. Further, you will be responsible for the rooming of all hotel guests. You will maintain the cash float and ensure an accurate daily reports. With your personality you will ensure great guest service in line with our brand standards and procedures.
***This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Due to current COVID-19 situation only local resident / visit visa / cancelled visa candidate will be considered.
What we need from you
Ideally, you will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with relevant school/college qualifications. Fluent speaking and writing skills in English is a must. You need to be highly customer oriented and very passionate about your job with a great attention to detail. The right candidate portrays a professional image at all times and posses strong multi tasking & analytical skills.
