What we need from you
- Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting is desirable.
- A deep understanding of food and beverage operations, including service standards, menu planning, cost control, and health and safety regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with high levels of written and verbal communications skills in English.
- Flexibility with an ability to work under pressure, ensuring a smooth operation even during busy periods.
