中餐厅传菜员 Chinese Restaurant Food Runner

•   Provide warm, friendly, courteous and efficient food & beverage services to all clients ensuring guest satisfaction and an excellent dining experience.

     提供亲切, 友善, 礼貌及高效率的餐饮服务给所有客人,以确保客人满意并能达到最佳的就餐体验

•   Assist the restaurant service team to perform the food delivery.

     协助餐厅日常运作及履行传菜常规操作

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)

主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)

 

•   To prepare all necessary accompaniments to go with the order from pantry.

     根据点单在后场准备所有必需的食品伴随物 

•   To prepare the set up of food delivery.

     准备传菜摆台所需物品。

•   To clean the table, clear soiled plates and glasses.

     收拾餐桌及清理脏盘和酒杯

•   To report any problem situation or special guest request to pantry staff immediately so as to ensure that prompt action is taken.

     及时向划菜生报告出现的问题和客人的特殊需求，以便作出迅速及恰当的应对

•   To have a full understanding of restaurant floor plan.

     清楚了解餐厅座位台.

•   To have a full understanding of food service standards and product knowledge.

     清楚了解并掌握食品服务标准及产品知识。

•   Maintain professional grooming standards and personal hygiene in accordance with  hotel policy at all times.

     时常保持专业的仪容仪表及个人卫生以符合酒店标准。

•   Perform other duties as assigned by superior to meet business needs.

     根据营运需求，服从上级安排的其他工作。

•   All relevant hotel safety guidelines and procedures outlined in the employee handbook or training documentations have to be followed at all times.

•   Compliance with company regulations, policies and procedures at all times.

     任何时候都必须遵守公司的规章制度及政策和程序。

学历

•   Above High School Education 

     高中以上学历

 

Experience 

经验要求

•   Minimum of one year experience in similar position

     至少一年以上相关工作经验

 

 Language

语言

•   General communication skill in English and good communication skill in Mandarin

     一般的英语对话和良好的普通话沟通能力
