Your day to day

The Specialist, Data Management position exists to make it possible for IHG to execute on the all-critical data points available to effectively execute data driven marketing.  The primary contributions of a Specialist, Data Management comprise of supporting a best-in-class data management team, handling audience requests, and translation of audience insights into meaningful business planning.

 

      

·         Responsible for the executional operations of IHG’s Global offline match partner, LiveRamp, and customer data management platform, Salesforce; Includes fulfillment of all audience requests for use in Paid Media and other channels as needed 

·         Work collaboratively with the IT Products and Customer 360 team in the management of data flow into the CDP, understands and sets audience strategy globally

·         Work to ensure data privacy compliance and avoid negligent use of data within IHG

Analyzing audiences for target segmentation, brand persona development and performance  

  

   

    

       




What we need from you

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

 

Experience

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, data management or experience working with an advertising agency
  • Supplier side experience is a definite plus, as is working knowledge of first party data, LiveRamp, SalesForce Ad Studio and/or 3rd party data providers

 

Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of digital media and audience segmentation
  • LiveRamp and/or Salesforce experience preferred
  • Organized, Analytical, Proactive, Ability to Prioritize, Good Attention to Detail
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint
