  • The Hotel Operations team is responsible for the operation of IHG's managed hotels and for maximising market share, room revenue, and guest satisfaction for our franchised hotels around the world.

  • The role of the Quality & Guest Experience function is to provide our brands with a consistent global approach to governing, measuring and managing the quality of our brands through a defined set of brand standards. This team is considered a centre of excellence for brand standards; a defined point of contact for all standard related queries; and standards related advice and support to the business.

  • Our revenue management team plays a key role in driving commercial outcomes for IHG. They support hotels in driving optimal revenue by creating strategic revenue management practices, and providing educational programs that support business goals. With roles available from executive up to director level, the opportunities within this team are vast.

  • Our facilities teams make sure that our hotel colleagues have the best working environment, which directly contributes to our guests having a great experience when they stay with us. Our hotel engineering teams are responsible for any IHG Green Engage efforts on property, as well as being relied upon to make suggestions on ways to improve sustainability even further.

  • The Owner and Franchise services team focuses on attracting, supporting and growing with those owners and franchisees who will strengthen the company's continued brand growth, distribution and preference. With roles varying from manager to director, there is a lot of opportunity in this important function.

  • This team leads on developing our brands, by overseeing deals through the negotiation, contract, design and pre-opening phases until the hotels open into the IHG system. As part of this team, you will directly contribute to the growth of IHG's system size by signing, designing and opening more hotels.
