  • Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.

  • Ensure to implement all fire, health, and safety procedures per required by hotel.

  • Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.

  • Vocational Certificate in Food & Beverage Services or related field.
