Senior Sales Manager – Corp/Mice (Bangkok Based)
Your day to day
- You will be responsible for targeting new business opportunities and managing current accounts within the MICE, Corporate and Leisure markets.
- You will set and implement objectives in order to effectively contribute to the company's overall strategy to achieve business goals.
- You will have a proven track record of proactively selling to the MICE segment in Thailand, meeting and exceeding challenging targets.
- This role will lead our sales team to greatness, with Sales Executive and Meeting and Events Sales Manager reporting into them.
- Our ideal candidate will have sales management experience in Thailand hospitality industry with a customer-focus and excellent communication skills.
- They will also demonstrate a strong network within the MICE industry with solid knowledge of Thailand Hotel market.
- You will be able to take ownership of task and projects and complete from start to finish working independently or part of a team.
What we need from you
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years’ minimum experience as a hotel Senior Sales Manager
- Previous hotel management experience within other disciplines (highly desired)
- The ability to make revenue management decisions to effectively grow market share
- The skills and experience to lead a team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service and effectively grow revenues
- A proven track record of adhering to budgets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to develop a strong sales team
