As the Security Manager, you will report directly to the Resort Manager, and be accountable for all security and safety measures throughout the resort. You will maintain oversight of every aspect of the resort's physical security and safety for guests, colleagues, visitors and the resort’s assets. 

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• You will manage all lost property found within the premises of the resort, and ensure all such property is correctly logged and stored safely and securely. You will also manage handover of lost property to authorities when required, and be in charge of destroying uncollected lost property in line with the resort’s lost property policy.
• You will frequently spot check that all surveillance cameras are operating as per design and that recordings are stored for an appropriate length of time. You will also ensure that the control room is actively monitoring surveillance footage, and ensure that any suspicious behavior's is reported and investigated. You will put practices in place that guarantee no footage is released to any third party unless authorized by the General Manager or Resort Manager.
• You will conduct random audits in all key holding departments to ensure the key control policy is adhered to at all times, and you will ensure that colleagues have access only to those resort facilities and vehicles that are relevant and necessary for the scope of their work.
