A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to effectively target markets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and create compelling sales proposals to secure new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a dedicated point of contact for all their needs.
- Conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of events, meetings, and special requests.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor analysis to proactively identify market opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.
What do we need from you?
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills to effortlessly connect with clients and team members.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and drive revenue.
- Ability to think outside the box and create unique offerings tailored to different client needs.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and maintain client databases.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
