Your day to day

Join us as our new Restaurant Manager:

Your main duties will be to:

  • Improve and maintain service quality in the restaurant and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage the restaurant team and take part in the service.
  • Ensure the proper coordination between the kitchen and the dining room.
  • Assist in the elaboration of menus, the presentation of buffets, the choice of promotions.
  • Ensure that sales levels are maintained and implement actions to increase them.
  • Manage supplies, inventory and restaurant orders.
  • Establish, monitor and maintain SOP's.



What we need from you

With a degree in Hospitality Management, you have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a hotel establishment of the same category (4- or 5-star) with a solid operational background.

You are fluent in French and English. Mastering another foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable.

Knowledge of Micros/Simphony is a plus.

You are acknowledged for your guest service orientation, your reactivity and your capacity to anticipate guests’ needs. You like working in a fast-paced environment and are flexible. You aim to share your passion and knowledge with your guests and your team.

This position is opened to Swiss citizens and work permit holders as well as EU passport holders.
