We are currently looking for a Food&Beverage Supervisor to join our amazing team at Crowne Plaza West Cairo – Arkan.

Your day-to-day:

• Oversea the dining area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies and standards.
• Creates a positive team atmosphere among Team Members.
• Provides feedback and coaching to the Team regularly.
• Works with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.
• Handle guest complaints in restaurants.
• Check the quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
• Is capable of handling customers with a friendly/calm attitude.
• Ensures product quality and great service.
• Has effectively forecasted restaurant needs.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure most important tasks are completed on time.
• Seeks, listens and responds to Guest feedback.

What we need from you:

• +3years experience in Food&Beverage (At leaset 1 year in supervisory role)
• Excellent Food&Beverage knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Very good command of English
