Your day-to-day

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you assist the Chef de Partie and work together with the team to create the most beautiful dishes. You have an eye for detail and you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills in all areas of the kitchen and to showcase your talents.

You will be part of a young team in which professionalism, craftsmanship and personal service are paramount. You offer guests consistent quality with the freshest (organic) and high-quality products and surprise them every day by creating fantastic dishes. You contribute to the high-quality performance and implementation of the culinary concept, including the à la carte restaurant (lunch/dinner), the breakfast buffet and the banqueting. Our cuisine is international and we cook seasonally.

Who you are
You obviously have a passion for food but also:

• You can legally work in The Netherlands
• You have experience in a kitchen of the same size and class as Demi Chef de Partie.
• You have a valid "SVH" diploma (social hygiene)
• You are aware of the HACCP regulations.
• You are stress-resistant.

About us
Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South is located in the bubbly Zuidas area, just a 5-minute walk from station Amsterdam Zuid which connects you to the city centre within 10 minutes.
