The InterContinental® Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort and Spa comprises 351 keys, a health club, spa and two pools. Covering an area of 43,770 sq. m, the resort is a short drive from famous archaeological sites such as Dhayah Fort and Sheba’s Palace.
Your day to day
The role is varied and can be demanding with an intense workload that will need to be delivered accurately and always on time. The Duty Manager will show incredible attention to detail, along with the ability to pick things up quickly – therefore, being diplomatic and polite at all times is important. Assertiveness accompanied by respect and good emotional intelligence is an essential quality.
A high proportion of the job will be spent in the office using email, making/handling telephone calls and in face to face meetings with both internal and external customers. Therefore, you need to be comfortable, calm and always use a diplomatic approach on things.
What we need from you
InterContinental® Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort and Spa is recently opened in February 2022 and we are now seeking a highly organized and polished Guest Experience Manager who will have an overall responsibility to create great guest experience through out the stay, organization, prioritization and coordination of all administrative activities.
This role requires a highly organized individual who is energetic, self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and the ability to multi-task, deal with a lot of pressure and demands whilst remaining calm and working effectively is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build respect and rapport at all levels are essential.
