Crowne Plaza Perth is on the hunt for an experienced Guest Experience Manager/Duty Manager who knows how to make their guests shine with a smile. The Guest Experience Manager role is Full Time and is suitable for someone looking to advance their career or for someone who is looking to move to the west.

Your day to day

As the Guest Experience Manager, you will be the approved manager on duty and will be the main point of contact. As a Guest Experience Manager, your day may involve training a new team member, coordinating guest requirements, demonstrating the dare to connect service model, conducting routine inspections or working on an adhoc project.

You will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a love for customer service, your new role is an exciting start of something new. Our Guest Experience Managers are bubbly, proactive, aware and have a great smile.

What we need from you

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or Hospitality related field
  • Proficiency in Opera Property Management System is highly regarded
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrate a good attention to detail and be solutions focused
  • Strong organisational skills, time management skills and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 as per the WA Government Mandate
