About Us

The Newest Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky, the Staybridge Suites is looking for an up and coming leader with a smile and friendly personality! Someone who absolutely enjoys people.

Primary goal of the Sales Manager will be to immerse themselves in the markets and drive corporate, leisure and group business to the hotel. While this is the primary duty, this may not be your typical sales position. Our Sales Managers are asked to do more than sales calls; they are very much a part of operations as well




Your day to day

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan alongside Director that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Operations/Front Desk support as needed
  • Manager on Duty in absence of the General Manager
