- To create and manage the F&B loyalty program in order to drive increased revenue

- Constantly seek and obtain feedback through research from guests and colleagues and use provided information as part of the monthly SWOT analysis to increase revenues and monitor effectiveness of all promotions.

- To digest analytical and creative suggestions from the restaurant’s table management system and propose new avenues of revenue stream on a monthly basis.

- Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which are reflected in achieving budgeted revenues and profit margins.
