- 合理发放客用品，控制易耗品的库存量
- 提前3个月调转到期酒水，避免过期报损
- 协助部门管理成保管酒店固定资产
- 确保工作区域和设备得到良好的清洁和修缮
- 遵守酒店的健康、安全和卫生政策，并遵守个人仪容和卫生标准
- 按要求参加会议和培训活动
- 完成上级交代的其他工作任务
- 确保酒水与客用品在保质期内，并且外观良好
- 成为掌握客房服务员和客房部其它业务领域工作技能的复合型人才
- 遵守并执行客房部的各项标准和工作程序
- 询问客人的名字并且在整个交谈过程中称呼客人的名字至少3次
- 诚挚态度-提供细致周到的关怀并发挥积极作用，与宾客建立真诚的情感联系
- 真正自信-具备工作必需的知识和技能，并让宾客相信我们可在他们入住期间提供帮助与支持，值得他们的信赖
- 用心倾听-重视宾客表达的观点，留意到通常被忽略的身体语言，了解宾客的愿望与需求
- 积极响应-准确机敏，及时周到的满足宾客需求
