Your day to day

As General Manager of the InterContinental brand, you will lead your team to ensure that our guests truly “Live the InterContinental Life”.

To create an intimate experience requires a General Manager with extensive international luxury & lifestyle experience. You will know what it takes to create a balanced, focused and individual approach to your guests, that helps them escape the everyday by taking a multi-sensory journey throughout their stay.

You may currently be GM in a luxury brand that is already defined and delivering to your vast array of guests requiring that special something with ideas to enhance, increase or differentiate your service.

With the reputation of the InterContinental Hotel brand AND the power of the IHG infrastructure and success record in the luxury space, the InterContinental Nanjing is set to exceed all expectations, guests and owners alike.

 

 

 




Your day to day

What we need from you

A successful career history that includes experience as a General Manager of international luxury brands.

A strong and inspirational people leader, you will have demonstrable experience of creative and resourceful ways of building your team and ensuring that they perform at the highest of levels.

Developing strong and effective owner relationships will be second nature to you. You will have several examples of successful relationships that demonstrate your ability to adapt culturally and sensitively to your surroundings.

With tangible examples your high drive for results and commercial acumen will have already achieved significant return in the luxury space.

Mandarin speakers are preferred.
