素晴らしいレストランの思い出は、さまざまな要素から生まれます。景観、音、香り、そして何よりも接客です。レストラン接客担当としてお客様をお迎えし、料理や飲み物をご案内し、スムーズかつ上質なサービスを提供してください。お客様ひとりひとりのお好みに合わせた接客で、美味しいお食事の時間から喜びに満ちた思い出が生まれます。
日常業務
•五感を満足させるお料理で、お客様に極上のひとときを過ごしていただきましょう。あなたの接客スキルを生かして、当ホテルの上質なメニューをお客様の思い出に残る食事にしてください。
•サービスエリアを自分の職場として責任を持ち、備品や設備の状況をきちんと把握し、廃棄を最小限に抑えてください。
•問題のある設備、備品の不足、安全上の問題などについては、スーパーバイザーまたはデューティーマネージャーに報告してください。
•ホテルが定める安全・食品衛生手順に従い、必要な保護具を身につけるなど、安全な環境を作るよう努めてください。
•清掃は念入りに行ってください。 食品衛生法を守り、基準を上回るレベルを目指しましょう。
•必要に応じて、食器洗いなどの厨房業務を手伝ってください。
•お客様に快適にお過ごしいただけるよう、質問やお問い合わせに対応してください。
•制服は誇りを持って着用してください。
•チーム全体で協力する必要があるときは、臨時の業務にも臨機応変に対応してください。
あなたに求められるもの
•知力：文章を読む・書く力や計算能力が必要です。
•柔軟性：業務には夜間・週末・祝日の勤務が含まれます。
•適合性：食品の取り扱いや酒類の提供に関する法律の順守はもちろん、最低年齢制限を超えていること、
日本語のほか、外国語のコミュニケーションができ、国際マナーでサービスすることも学びましょう。
•明瞭性：上手にコミュニケーションをとり、友好的で話しかけやすい人になりましょう。
