Your day to day

As a Workplace Coordinator you will assist the Workplace Manager with the smooth running of the Denham workplace, liaising with internal stakeholders, reflecting a professional front of house team and help shape the future of our new dynamic workplace in Windsor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role): 

  • Change of hours to cover team absence if required
  • Cover for Front of House reception desk when required
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Offering workplace support to colleagues in the office
  • Some report writing in Excel
  • Good knowledge of Apps i.e., Microsoft teams, Instagram and Booking tools
  • Posting messages on Workplace TeamSpace to communicate with colleagues
  • Administration support for Workplace team
  • Maintaining the database for offsite archiving
  • Ordering of stationary
  • Internal event support where needed, including event set up
  • Maximum flexibility required to meet evolving business needs
  • Demonstrate the core IHG values
  • Deliver great service
  • Event/Diary management



What we need from you

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Diplomacy and tact when dealing with people
  • Exceptional organisational skills including customer focus and communication
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Social Media experience
  • Ability to train colleagues in new IT systems and processes
  • Cultural awareness
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deliver to demanding timescales
  • Move fast and flexible
  • Team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
