- 负责清洗各餐厅厨房的餐用具，保持厨房的环境卫生，如抺墙、抺台、抺柜、拖积水等。
- 将所有餐用具堆叠整齐，做好餐具清洁前的各项准备工作。
- 懂得各种餐具的清洁方法以及清洁剂的使用方法。
- 清楚各种洗碗机的操作程序和设备保养。
- 检查洗碗机运作情况，发现异常要立即报告当值主管，以保证每日工作顺利进行。
