Your day to day

You will support the Head Chef  to direct the operation of the Banquet and Room Service kitchen, including food preparation and quality, physical maintenance, and inventory functions, to ensure hotel quality standards and revenue goals are met and food and supply costs are controlled.

What we need from you
    |
  • Five plus years of total experience and not less than two years in banquet operations. 4 or 5 star, large volume hotel experience preferred.
  • |
  • knowledge HACCP principles
  • |
  • Knowledge of all cooking stations in banquet kitchen.
  • |
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • |
  • Ability to multi-task
  • |
  • Able to lead and supervise junior and / or agency chefs
  • |
  • Flexibility to work on rotating roster
  • |
