The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. A Senior Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a housekeeping department, ensuring that the premises are clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.


A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Supervising the work of housekeeping staff: A Senior Housekeeping Supervisor manages the day-to-day activities of housekeeping staff, assigning duties, and ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • The Senior Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for training and developing housekeeping staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring that cleaning supplies and equipment are always available. Also responsible for scheduling housekeeping staff and managing their time effectively to ensure that tasks are completed on schedule.
  • The Senior Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring that housekeeping staff adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Responsible for ensuring that guests receive excellent customer service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • The Senior Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing the housekeeping budget, ensuring that expenses are within budgetary limits.
  • Responsible for reporting on housekeeping activities, providing regular updates to management on housekeeping performance, and making recommendations for improvement.


What We need from you:

  •  The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are also essential.
  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field may be preferred.
