Your day to day
We have an newly created, exciting opportunity for a Sales Support and Systems Coordinator position at our Sydney Support Office. This role will report to the Director of Regional Sales, Australasia.
The Sales Support and Systems Coordinator is a key member of the Regional Sales Team, providing support to the Team as directed by the Director of Regional Sales, Australasia. This role delivers support to Regional Sales team and is responsible for National Sales Office billing, revenue tracking and team reporting.
Your key responsibilities include managing changes to hotel funding models, rebates and invoicing to providing end-to-end support of the CRM reporting system (maintenance, reporting, hotel training). You will liaise with Sales Excellence to ensure account platform is correctly reflected in Javelin, manage annual NSO Revenue planning process and National Sales Office Annual report publication. You will take ownership of monthly billing processes, such as monthly National Sales Office team revenue to target reporting and National Sales Office team Sales incentive bi-annual reporting.

What we need from you
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to Sales or Marketing
- Demonstration of strong administration, communication, project planning and execution skills
- One year of administrative or previous experience within Sales team in the service industry would be beneficial
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong organisational and work co-ordinating skills to handle multiple assignments, projects and stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent PC and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint software packages
- Advanced skills and experience with MS Excel
- Knowledge of IHG systems including Delphi is advantageous
- Able to work under pressure
- Detail orientated, proactive and self sufficient
