Your day to day

• Prepare all administration documents required by the Hotel sales team. • Coordinate all familiarization and site inspections as required. • Attend to all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence database. • Assist with direct mail campaigns. • Statistical collation on behalf of sales (weekly). • Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic). • Maintenance and management of database • Assist with promotions and familiarization where requested.

What we need from you

• Experience 2-3 years in a similar role • Experience in Reservation, Guest Relations, and Front Office is an added advantage • Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. • Be friendly, customer-centric, smile, and able to work in a team environment. • Strong organization skills • Demonstrates a high level of interpersonal skills • Excellent IT literacy including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to develop and maintain relationships e.g., associates, customers, and vendors • Ability to work collaboratively with other hotel departments to provide exceptional customer service
