The InterContinental Hotels Group® properties in Dubai Festival City consist of four hotel brands. These include the luxury brand InterContinental, the superior upscale Crowne Plaza, the lavish long-stay InterContinental Residence Suites and the vibrant mid-scale Holiday Inn. At the moment we're looking for a Revenue Analyst to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at InterContinental Hotels Dubai Festival City. 

A little taste of your day-to-day

This role reports directly to the Revenue Manager and the primary responsibility of this role is to support the Revenue team in administrative, operational and analytical requirements.  Additionally, to maintain a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the Dubai market dynamics, competitor activities and strategies and customer behavioural trends.  The Revenue Analyst is responsible for supporting the effective operations of the Revenue department across all revenue streams and business units; including reporting, analytics, internal and external communication, and system maintenance and channel integrity.

What we need from you

  • Minimum 6 months experience in similar role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong administrative abilities
  • Strong customer focus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Advanced in writing and speaking English
  • Knowledge of IHG systems preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in small or large groups
