F&B Reservations Coordinator (Full-Time)

isag at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel have an exciting opening to join our team as a F&B Reservations Coordinator…

We are looking for someone who can commit to Full-Time (40 hours per week), across a minimum of 5 shifts per week between the hours of 7:00am and 17:00pm (shifts will vary) (all hours worked are paid for). Being flexible would be a great plus as we are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days.

We are paying £12.08 per hour (£25,126.40 per annum), plus service charge (expected to be £200 per month, not guaranteed) all hours worked paid for.

As a F&B Reservations Coordinator your main duties and responsibilities will be greeting guests with a Kimpton 5* welcome, owning the booking system and confirming bookings with parties, assisting guests in person, via the phone and via email to ensure all potential guests feel valued and working with the restaurant management team to ensure a seamless service. To smash this role out of the park, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are:

• Previous experience of working as a host in a high-end food led operation
• Provide outstanding levels of customer service, via face to face, email and phone communication.
• Experience of reservations systems such as open table & opera.
• Have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people
• Have excellent attention to detail and good knowledge of food and beverages
• Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken
• Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with all the latest industry trends
