Your day to day
As a Reservations Specialist, you'll often be the first impression our guests have of our hotels - and first impressions count. You’ll be kept busy answering incoming calls from guests – enquiring about their preferences - to match them with a hotel that best meets their needs. Always ensuring they’re set up to have a memorable experience, wherever and whenever they stay with us.
What we need from you
Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills, particularly navigating between multiple applications and webpages and must have excellent English skills. You need to show us you care: that you notice the little things that make a difference to guests as well as always looking for ways to improve.
