We’re looking for a sales-driven Reservations Supervisor to connect with our guests in this critical first touchpoint of the guest experience. You will work closely with our Sales & Marketing and Front Office teams, implementing strategic plans and processes with guidance from the Director of Sales & Marketing to drive revenue and fill efficiency, as well as supervising calls in and out of the Hotel. You will motivate and lead a small team of Reservations Agents to deliver results that positively impact Hotel performance and continuing their development.


Your day to day

We are looking for someone who has the passion to work in hospitality and who will always put the guest at the center of everything he/she does. As a Reservations Supervisors, you will be the first point of contact by the guest, hence you have an important role as the hotel ambassador in creating a positive first impression to delight and gain the trust of our guests. You will be responsible in recording and processing all reservation inquiries made by phone, fax, email and other reservations system efficiently and accurately. You are expected to convert inquiries into sales in order to maximize revenue and occupancy.


What we need from you

You will bring at least 3 years reservations experience within the Hotel industry including experience managing group reservations. The ability to work with multiple stakeholders, to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload will be important as well as demonstrating an excellent eye for detail and passion for driving results. The ideal candidate will have excellent Opera (PMS) skills and experience with loyalty programs will be an advantage. Your excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills will assist you in leading a small reservations team where you'll take a collaborative approach to work.
