1.Prepare efficient work schedule for Regent Club Lounge colleagues, arranging holidays and vacation, taking into consideration projected occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals or departures.
2.Acts as the key liaison between the hotel and all guests with special needs and requirements during their entire guest cycle (pre-arrival, arrival, stay and departure, post-departure).
3.Forms the link and interfaces between the hotel’s various departments and ensures all departments are fully briefed on VIP guest’s requirements.
4.Oversees and manages the repeat guest program by monitoring the execution and performance of the initiative and continuously enhancing it.
5.Reviews VIP reservation report one day and three days prior to arrival to check for possible repeat guests and potential VIP guests previously unreported.
6.To make courtesy calls to Regent Club guests at least once during their stay. Obtain guest feedback and address the issue with relevant department and managers.
7.Ensure all colleagues know the IHG loyalty recognition program, Regent Brand standards and Forbes 5 star standard.
8.Ensures training needs analysis of Regent Club Lounge colleagues are carried out and training programs are designed and implemented to meet needs.
Your day to day
- Excellent Communication and Presentation ability.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Front Office Operations and 1 year experience as a Manager level.
- English and the local language of the country are essential.
