Your day to day

As Purchasing Manager, you will report into the Director of Finance and oversee the Purchasing department including cost control, workplace health and safety requirements and management of the delivery barge, alongside financial analysis and reporting for effective purchasing decision making. You will contribute commercially to the operations, seeking continuous improvement in processes and chasing the best deals from suppliers. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must as you work closely with all departments across the resort to ensure price and quality is met regarding procurement decisions. This is a hands-on role that will see you assisting with deliveries and the unloading and reloading of the barge and distribution of requisitions to outlets.




What we need from you

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. Ideally you will have:

  • Solid financial analysis skills and the ability to negotiate pricing with suppliers
  • Proven ability to adapt to varying situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines
