Job Summary – (Role Summary) 工作概述﹣(职位概述) • The Public Area Supervisor oversees and directs the day-to-day operation of an assigned are of public areas and ensures that these area are very well maintained and clean. Responsible for the supervision and coordination of Housekeeping activities. 公共区域主管需要监督和分派所有公共区域的日常工作,确保公共区域的整洁。管理和协调管家部的日常事务 。 Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role) 主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作) • Directs the work assignments of the assigned area to House Attendant and other non supervisory person personnel. 负责给员工和其他员工分配工作任务。 • Identifies training needs and ensures departmental training plans are successfully implemented. 确定培训需求以及保证部门培训的顺利执行。 • Provides support to front line personnel, so they can deliver the highest level of outstanding guest service possible. 积极鼓励一线员工,以便其能向客人提供最优质的服务。 • Assists in personnel matters such as evaluating and counselling. 在员工评估和生活等方面帮助员工。 • To ensure good interdepartmental communication, network and teamwork. 确保与各部门间的正常沟通与合作。 • To attend daily communication meetings and weekly Housekeeping meetings. 参加每天和每周的部门例会。 • To act and follow up on all decisions, departmental meetings, programs and schedules decided by the Assistant Executive Housekeeper. 执行和跟进所有行政副管家制定的决策,部门会议,计划等目标。 • Ensures that Housekeeping personnel are familiar with public areas facilities for the purpose of assisting guests 保证所有员工熟悉公共区域的所有设施设备,以便给客人提供更好的服务。 • Maintains open channels of communication with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper on all matters affecting the Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering and Laundry Department. 与前台、工程部和洗衣房的关系等方面事务要能够与行政副管家有着很好的沟通。 • Conducts regular meetings within assigned area. 给下级员工开例会。

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 资格 Required Skills – 技能要求 • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. 拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。 • Good writing skills 具有良好写作技能 • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 熟练使用微软办公软件 • Problem solving and organizational abilities 具有解决问题和组织能力 Qualifications – 学历 • Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent 酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相关专业的大专学历或专业证书 Experience – 经历 • 2 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2年相关工作经历,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
