Your day to day

  • Involve in the hotel and the brand local community activities and promote team member and local community.
  • Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs
  • Provides efficient and comprehensive secretarial services to Executive staff to meet the needs of customers
  • Work with department/managers/colleagues to develop initiatives to achieve service behaviour standards and drive continuous improvement in the guest experience.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with all internal and external colleagues/contacted people.
  • Promote the desired work culture by living in Winning Ways to foster teamwork and a positive work environment for all team members
  • Assist in the creation of and work within the established department budget
  • Beware and control expenses in the department.
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
  • Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs
  • Provides efficient and comprehensive secretarial services to Executive staff to meet the needs of customers
  • Carry out any other tasks/duties as requested by the General Manager.
