Overlooking the Mediterranean, the Phoenicia InterContinental hotel with 446 rooms and suites and 33 apartments, along with 4 F&B outlets, and one of the largest banquet facilities in Lebanon, will reopen its doors after two years to embrace the community where it operates with the outstanding luxury it represents.

Your day to day

As Restaurant Manager, you will manage the outlet operationsachieving business objectives through customer focused service delivery. Youwill also contribute to the profitability of the Food and Beverage departmentby increasing sales and generating new revenue. You will handle all guests’complaints or problems promptly and ensures that all resolved/unresolvedincidents are reported, and develop and implement Promotions Calendar for Foodand Beverage products in the outlet. You will also be responsible for keepingaware of trends, systems, practices and equipment in Food and Beverage throughtrade literature, hotel shows and site visits.

What we need from you

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent mix of relevant work experience and education. • 6 to 8 years of F&B experience, 3 of which in managerial positions • Strong English communication skills • Luxury experience is preferred
