Your day to day:

As an Order Taker, you’ll handle room service orders via phone from guests.  Ensure orders are accurately posted to the appropriate guest account. By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you’ll create memories as delightful as the dishes.

What we need from you:
  • This job requires ability to handle multiple incoming calls.
  • Arabic language is a must.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in 5-star hotel or similar environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when taking room service orders and interacting with guests, cooks, and supervisors.
  • Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when recording orders, completing paperwork, etc.
